Customer success is at the heart of what we do. We don’t sell promotional products because we love pens, banners and ball caps more than most people. We sell promotional products to generate leads, increase customer loyalty, inspire and enlighten. We succeed through our customers’ success.
Here’s one example . . . Seven Gables Bed & Breakfast asked us to create a banner for their fence to let people know that they were open for business. Less than an hour after we had installed the banner, a customer drove up to the business and said, “I’m so glad to see you’re open!” That one new customer paid for the banner.
